Bulgari Lighthouse Dubai by ACPV Architects

Bulgari and Dubai-based developer Meraas have set an all-new standard for luxury living with the launch of Bulgari Lighthouse – the newest exclusive residential tower that reimagines design, architecture and art of living at the bespoke Jumeira Bay Island.

Bulgari Lighthouse will be developed by Meraas in partnership with Bulgari, seamlessly blending the timeless glamour and design of the Italian jeweller with the contemporary architecture and exclusivity offered by Meraas. This is Bulgari’s third project in partnership with Meraas.

Designed by world-renowned architecture firm, ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, Bulgari Lighthouse offers intricately designed homes providing protection, privacy, and peace. Residences are cocooned in horizontal layers of architectural coral that serve as a filter for light, and air, creating open, yet secluded, living spaces.

The luxurious residential project comprises 31 penthouses over 27 storeys topped with a three-level Sky Villa. Homes range from 4 to 5 bedrooms with the Sky Villa housing 9 bedrooms and a 13,000 square feet terrace. The tower’s pièce de resistance is the Bulgari Sky Villa, crowning the top three levels of Bulgari Lighthouse, enriched by rare and lavish materials, and custom-built details.

It symbolizes luxury and exclusivity and is positioned to be the city’s most coveted ‘inner’ urban environment. The strategic location of Bulgari Lighthouse at the edge of Jumeira Bay Island, – a six million sq. ft. mixed-use island development by Meraas – offers uninterrupted views of the spectacular Arabian Gulf and the vibrant city’s skyline.

The tower’s façade reflects artistry, inspired by the natural gentle movement of marine coral, creating, and breathing light patterns that are timeless and traditional. Residents will be able to enjoy uninterrupted access to the exclusive facilities of the neighboring Bulgari Resort Dubai, including state-of-the-art pools, landscaped gardens, and a host of dining options on-site.

Connected by a 300-meter bridge to central Dubai, Jumeira Bay Island has captured the attention of the world’s most affluent and discerning homeowners who search for an address of prestige, privacy, and exclusivity. Anuradha Harish, Chief Commercial Officer, Meraas, said, “Our portfolio of world-class developments and investment opportunities celebrate our eclectic choice of partners that are a hallmark of our real estate offerings.”

Harish added, “Over the past 12 months, Dubai has become one of the most sought-after destinations globally with prime real estate prices up 89 per cent – a feat driven by the city’s proactive business regulations, new visa reforms, world-class infrastructure, security, and uber-luxurious lifestyle possibilities.”
