This curated amenity selection at 16 DuPont will include an outdoor rooftop pool with a sky deck and interior lounge, co-working space for tenants, bike room, children’s playroom, fitness center, spa, and social lounge with game room and various lounge spaces that open to a landscaped terrace with BBQ grills. First move-ins are expected during the latter half of next year.

As one of the last rentals in NYC to receive a 35-year tax abatement from the Affordable New York program, this project is particularly exciting for Rockefeller Group. It’s the famed developer’s first rental in New York and first tower in the borough – signifying its continued commitment to investing and developing innovative projects in New York City.
