Safdie Architects & PWP’s Modern Mountain Village in Killington

One of the most anticipated developments in the Eastern United States has taken a major step forward, as new renderings of the one-of-a-kind mountain village community.

The village framed by the 4,241-foot Killington Peak have just been unveiled, bringing the 450-acre development led by visionary developer Great Gulf closer to fruition, with sales slated to launch in 2024.

Surrounded by six mountain peaks, the master-planned village and four-season luxury resort-style residential community will be situated in the heart of the East Coast’s biggest and most popular mountain region.

When complete, the one-of-a-kind mountain village will pair world-class architecture and innovative resort-style amenities, including the East’s largest ski beach, with highly coveted ski-in/ski-out access in the private setting of a residential community.

Phase 1 of the village and luxury four-season resort-style residential community will command over 32,000 square feet of commercial space and approximately 225 residences, consisting of beautifully designed condominiums, townhomes and single-family homesites with highly coveted ski-in/ski-out access.
